SUBSTANCE: invention relates to reception and transmission of data in television systems. The transmitting device successively transmits a wireless packet PK1 for data streaming with a non-transmission period in between to a receiving device. A predetermined proportion of non-transmission periods are assigned to a period for transmitting a wireless packet PK2 for control information transmission from the information receiving device to the information transmitting device. The wireless packets PK1, PK2 contain time-position information indicating a second non-transmission period that is not assigned to the transmission from the receiving device to the transmitting device. The receiving device and another transmitting device different from the transmitting device transmitting the wireless packet PK1 can identify the time position of the second non-transmission period by the time-position information contained in the wireless packets PK1, PK2, and can communicate to each other during the second non-transmission period.
EFFECT: enabling an information receiving device receiving a wireless packet for data streaming from an information transmitting device to communicate with another information transmitting device.
