FIELD: transport.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to submarine survival equipment. Proposed chamber comprises solid hull composed of the solid of revolution with its bottom vase to be secured to submarine. Said hull houses seats for rescued persons and independent life support means while outside the hull arranged are cowls, buoyancy units, driven pushers and ballast. Said hull has horizontal sealed bulkheads designed for increased decompression pressure to make adjacent sealed chambers to be communicated via lock chambers with hatches. Top and mid chambers are equipped with decompression means while one of said chambers accommodates decompression conditions control station. Top entrance hatch communicates with top chamber and has coaming platform at submarine hull. Bottom chamber equipment implemented detachable accommodates lateral entrance hatch and elements of the system connected by plug-in lines with submarine systems that can fill and empty the bottom chamber.

EFFECT: higher efficiency of application owing to "dry" and "wet" rescue process including under-ice jobs.
