FIELD: shipbuilding.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of shipbuilding, namely to a technique of rescuing the crew of an emergency submarine located on the ground. In order to evacuate the crew from the resurfaced rescue chamber by lifting said chamber from the water with the crew using a lifting and lowering apparatus (LLA) equipped with a suspended rod apparatus ensuring a joint between the automatic clamping mechanism of the LLA with the lifting lugs of the rescue chamber. Using the LLA and catchers, the chamber is installed on the support ring of the coaming of the receiving and exit compartment of the decompression chamber, equipped with wedge teeth interacting with the rack ring of the rescue chamber. The chamber is fixed on the coaming by turning the rack ring, and the rescued are transferred to a decompression complex for decompression or therapeutic recompression.
EFFECT: increase in the efficiency, security and safety of evacuation of submariners from a resurfaced rescue chamber under conditions of high pressure of a gaseous medium and sea waves on the board of the rescue watercraft is achieved.
