FIELD: rescue crews of emergency submarines lying on the ground.
SUBSTANCE: to rescue the crew of an emergency submarine lying on the ground, a dry rescue is carried out without direct contact of the rescued submariners with the surrounding water environment using a rescue submarine and a rescue bell. The rescue bell is placed on the rescue submarine, which arrives submerged to the accident site of the submarine lying on the ground, and using underwater lighting and surveillance equipment, as well as thrusters, is placed above it on four underwater anchors. A conductor cable is attached to the rescue hatch of the emergency submarine, along which the rescue bell is lowered to the coaming platform of the emergency submarine and docked with it in order to evacuate divers from the compartments of the emergency submarine.
EFFECT: increased capabilities and reduced duration of rescue of crews of emergency submarines.
