FIELD: electricity.
SUBSTANCE: plug connector (1) has a body (2) made of insulating material with openings (8) for inserting contact pins (15) at a second side (7) of the body and openings (6) for inserting uninsulated ends (14) of conductors (13) at a first side (5) of the body. The body also has a spring-loaded connecting clamp, having a spring element (3) which generates an elastic force with a clamp portion (12). At least one opening (8) for a contact pin has on its length, in the direction of its extension from the first side (5) of the body to the second side (7) of the body at least in the area above the clamp portion (12) in the direction of the first side (5) of the body and under the clamp portion (12) in the direction of the second side of the body (7), a width (B1) of passage (9) which his less than the width (B2) between opposite side walls of a connection chamber (4) for the wire, adjoining the junction to the opening (8) for inserting a contact pin.
EFFECT: high reliability of contacting a wire with a contact pin by providing sufficient displacement of the wire opposite the elastic force when inserting the contact pin.
