FIELD: printing industry.
SUBSTANCE: multilayer material on a paper or polymer substrate is proposed, containing layers with optical-variable properties. Indistinguishable with the naked eye optical-variable layers with mutual opposite direction of circular polarisation, represent two identical images of the same graphic element, offset in the same plane by a predetermined distance, which enables to observe a stereoscopic image of the graphic element using glasses with polarising light filters having mutually opposite direction of circular polarisation.
EFFECT: increased protection level with a simple method of determining the authenticity of an article.
