SUBSTANCE: invention relates to tools for soil treatment, and to the tools for carrying out works with use of known round-point, square-point, mining, ore mining, metallurgic, rock, gathering, mortar, square-point-grain and other shovels. It can be equipped at military units and Emergencies Ministry. This shovel can be used for processing of virgin lands, for the autumn and spring digging soil, for harvesting root crops and digging different ditches and grooves at the country houses and estates. The shovel comprises a blade, a composite releasable shank and device for connecting parts of the releasable shank with rigid link. The rigid link of the shovel and device for interconnecting the parts of the composite releasable shank is made of two segments of pipe, the outer surface of which is secured at an angle, or the rigid link is made of two pipes located at an angle at a stationary connecting of the section of one of them with an external surface of the second, or the rigid link is made fixedly secured of each of the two pipes on one of the semi-coupling of the coupling with V-shaped teeth, connecting the releasable parts of the shank. Inside the pipe segments there are parts of the shank with the possibility of their moving and fixing in the given position. Fixing in the given position inside the pipe segments is carried out by one or more bolt connections. The bolts pass through the holes in the pipe segments, and the nuts are mounted on the outer surface of pipes. Dividing the ordinary shank into two parts with the proposed rigid link it is possible to provide any shovels with single-part shank. The shovel may be provided with a grip and two additional handles, one of which is connected to the blade by flexible thrust adjustable in length, while the other is placed on the shank.

EFFECT: this implementation of the device provides ease of construction and significant reduction in the fatigue and loads to the body of the worker.
