FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: vertical lined casing of the furnace is divided by the horizontal not losing supporting-distributing grids for set of chambers for the material heat treatment, and is equipped with agitator in form of shaft with secured handles with scrapers, overflow Internet-devices between chambers. The scraper is made out of two bend blades, having common rib, with their lower edges location parallel to the grids to create low fluidised beds, and with inclination of the side blade edges to different sides at angle to the grids to create low movable layers, the handles have inclined braces ensuring stable height of the low fluidised beds, the overflows are provided with local limiters for the material overflow from the chamber to chamber.
EFFECT: reduced power consumption for air blowing as result of small hydraulic resistance of the low material beds and grids, intensification of the heat transfer process in counter-flow with use of the fluidised, low movable and falling material beds, thus reducing size, material consumption and energy consumption of the furnace.
