SUBSTANCE: vertical lined cylindrical housing apparatus contains working and gas-dispensing chamber with gas distribution grid between them, equipped with three-stage hole of triangular section in which the reinforced outer insert a combination of low trihedral prisms mounted with trihedral pyramids with vertices above the surface of the fluidized bed, within each outer insert, placed inside the insert as a hollow truncated triangular straight pyramid with open bases, recessed in the middle part of the three-stage openings in the faces and edges of the prism outer inserts arranged nozzles, wherein nozzles in the faces of adjacent prisms, are arranged in pairs on one axis and the nozzles in one each of the ribs of the prism are directed towards the axis of the working chamber.
EFFECT: invention improves the performance of the device due to the intensification of heat transfer and improves hydrodynamics of the fluidized bed and reduce dust discharge.
