FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to farm industry, in particular, to a method for green hydroponic fodders preservation. The method involves initial raw material milling, compression, sealing and storage. The initial raw materials are represented by green hydroponic raw materials in the form of grain crops sprouts that are soaked and sprouted during 7-10 days. The sprouts are treated with a preserving agent i.e. a mineral concentrate resulting from milk whey electrodialysis after dilution with water at a ratio of 1:2 in an amount of 15 ml per 1 kg of the raw materials.
EFFECT: method allows to simplify preservation and ensure higher indices of the ready product quality.
