FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to animal breeding, in particular, to a green fodders preservation method and may be used in fodder production. One performs Sudan grass green mass milling, an enriching preserving agent introduction, the mass compression, sealing and storage during 52 days. The enriching preserving agent is represented by a mineral concentrate resulting from milk whey electrodialysis after dilution with water at a ratio of 1:3 with expenditure rate of 12-13 ml of the concentrate and 1 ml of 30%- aqua ammonia solution per 1 kg of the green mass.
EFFECT: method allows to expand the range of preserved green fodders and chemical preserving agents, obtain higher quality haylage with enrichment with the following useful components: carotene, lactic acid and phosphorus.
