FIELD: packaging industry.
SUBSTANCE: binder is formed with one, two or more similar or different tape (20) of plastic or composite material, which at their ends respectively with imbricated overlapping or with forming the contact place (22) consisting of one part or several parts are bonded and/or welded together. The binder (18) in the contact place (22) or at a distance from it forms a discharge loop (30). In addition, the invention relates to a method of manufacturing the package which is provided with a binder (18) which is applied through the following operations: insertion of the tape (20) in the frame, which is placed around the package, fastening the tape (20) at least at one place, formation of the discharge loop (30) in close proximity to the place of tightening, retraction of the loosened tape part, and the tape (20) tension, clamping the parts of the tape in the area of the discharge loop (30), welding the parts of the tape located on each other, and release of the binder tape (18).
