FIELD: food industry.

SUBSTANCE: system allows to regulate supplying and cutting rate taking into account raw material temperature. The system is intended for an installation including a milling machine with a cutting device and a product supplying device with drives. The system contains sensors recording temperature on the surface and in the centre of the block being milled (21, 22), sensors (17, 18) for measuring instantaneous supplying and cutting rates, a control computing machine (1) with a control console and executive devices. The temperature sensors are connected to the control machine via an interface unit (3). The system is equipped with summators (9, 10) and regulators (11, 12) embedded into the executive devices in the form of frequency converters (7, 8). The converters are connected to the stator windings of drive electromotors (13, 14), via power modules (15, 16), as well as to the rate sensors, via the interface units (19, 20). For regulation accuracy the rate sensors are connected to the control machine on the negative feedback principle.

EFFECT: system allows to enhance the milled product quality determined by the raw material milling degree required.
