FIELD: fodder production. SUBSTANCE: meat-and-bone materials is delivered to charging port of housing hopper 2 wherefrom it passes along inclined guide surface 11 to rotating cutting drum 4 made up of disks welded to each other. Guide surface 11 is arranged at angle of 56...37 degrees to horizontal surface passing through drum axis. Active knives 9 are secured along inner surfaces of pockets 10 on outer surface of cutting drum 4 in staggered order. Pieces of raw material, under action of gravity and pulling-in force created as a result of action of active knives 9 on material, are cut into chips. Chips are accumulated in pockets 10 of cutting drum 4 and, when cutting process is stopped, are unloaded from pockets. Minced raw material in form of chips is delivered to transportation auger 6 which feeds material to second mincing stage after which meat-and-bone stuffing is obtained. EFFECT: enlarged operating capabilities. 4 dwg, 1 tbl
