FIELD: food-processing industry.
SUBSTANCE: method involves providing grinding and ultrasonic extraction of raw plant material and cleaning liquid extract, with raw plant grinding and ultrasonic extraction procedures being provided within frequency range of 22+/-1.65 kHz in single extractor at temperature not in the excess of 50 C; grinding at ultrasound intensity of from 4 W/cm2 to 10 W/cm2 during 5-30 min until 0.001-2.000 mm fraction is produced; providing extraction procedure at ground raw material - extractant ratio of 1:(4-15) and at ultrasound intensity of 1.3-2.5 W/cm2 during 5-30 min; cleaning liquid extract from ballast substances by centrifuging process. Extract is dried under vacuum at microwave frequency.
EFFECT: increased efficiency by providing maximum retention in extract of active substances contained in basic raw material.
