SUBSTANCE: invention relates to wireless communication. The mobile station (UE) in the present invention is a mobile station which communicates with a radio base station using two or more carriers, including a first carrier and a second carrier, wherein said mobile station includes a first communication module configured to communicate at the first carrier, and a second carrier measurement module configured to measure the second carrier; wherein the first communication module is configured to, if a measurement interval is given for measuring the second carrier, communicate at the first carrier regardless of said measurement interval if the second carrier is activated, and reject communication at the first carrier over said measurement interval if the second carrier is not activated.
EFFECT: providing stable connections and saving battery charge when using combination.
