SUBSTANCE: invention relates to radio communication. A base station (20) contains a selection module (302) that selects the system frequency band. The selection elements are frequency elementary blocks. The base station also contains a downlink control data generation module (306) that performs the said data generation to demodulate data channels transmitted separately in the selected frequency elementary blocks. The module also places the selected frequency elementary block to the control downlink, as well as a search space, containing the downlink control data for the selected set of the frequency elementary blocks. The base station also contains a transmission module (203) that performs transmission of the control downlink.
EFFECT: configuration of the search space for receiving and transmission of the control downlink within the communication system, where the multiple frequency elementary blocks are united into a wide frequency band.
