FIELD: radio engineering and communication.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a mobile communication system. Invention discloses a terminal containing: a receiving module configured to receive a command prescribing at least one of activation and deactivation for a first cell configured with a short TTI, the duration of which is less than a subframe; and a control unit configured to control at least one of the activation operation and the first cell deactivation operation in subframe units based on said instruction.
EFFECT: technical result consists in communication with properly activated and / or deactivated preset cells using reduced time interval transmission (TTI).
