SUBSTANCE: invention relates to mixing of fluids and can be used for mixing of two or more fluids at precise rates. Device comprises first system for feed of first fluid, second system for feed of second fluid and fluid mixing system whereto first and second fluids are fed to be mixed therein. First feed system is communicated with mixing system via first flow rate regulator with channel first cross-section area. Second feed system is communicated with mixing system via second flow rate regulator with channel first cross-section area First fluid in amount corresponding to first channel cross-section area and second fluid in amount corresponding to second cross-section area are fed into mixing system owing to negative pressure inside said mixing chamber.

EFFECT: higher accuracy of dispensing of fluids.
