FIELD: waste water treatment. SUBSTANCE: method includes first process in which at least two types of reagents are added to waste water using shaking and agitation to such extent as to provoke inorganic and organic materials to rise or to precipitate. The first process is successively repeated more than once to achieve required purification degree. Afterwards, in second process, at least three reagents are added to poured out liquid from the first process using shaking and agitation to such extent as to provoke inorganic and organic materials to rise or to precipitate. At least one of the first or second process is successively repeated more than once. In such a way, waste water can be converted into intermediate water, drinking or super-pure water. Purification of exhaust gas is also possible when introducing this gas into one of indicated processes. As reagent in the both processes, calcium- containing compound is necessarily used and, additionally, one or more reagents fit to treat specific-origin waste water. These may be coagulants, flocculants, acids, alkalis, oxidants, reducing agents, precipitants, etc. EFFECT: enhanced process efficiency. 3 cl, 5 dwg
