SUBSTANCE: proposed complex comprises bullet with stabiliser fitted in launcher tube. Bullet rear part is composed by stabiliser rigidly secured at bullet starting engine body. Said stabiliser is composed by aerodynamic skirt. Said skirt is elastically deformed to allow its accommodation in launch tube. As-opened skirt larger base diameter is larger launch tube ID.
EFFECT: maintenance of required static stability of bullet at flight at Mach over unity.
