SUBSTANCE: invention relates to microbiology. A dense nutrient medium for the accumulation of bacterial mass of brucella contains dry enzymatic peptone, yeast water, sodium chloride, glucose, glycerin, sodium metabisulfite, acid-enzymatic hydrolysate of kombucha, microbiological agar and distilled water at a given ratio of ingredients.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to increase the concentration of microbial cells in the resulting biomass of brucella.
