SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to dentistry and microbiology, and is intended for use in the collection of biomaterial for microbiological research during dental examination of patients with cystic fibrosis. Material is taken from the surface of the buccal mucosa, biomaterial is collected from the surface of the back of the tongue with sterile plastic probes with a cotton swab; from the buccal surface of the first molars of the upper jaw and the lingual surface of the central incisors of the lower jaw, a dental scaler is used to remove mineralized and non-mineralized dental deposits; the secret isolated from the excretory ducts of the parotid and sublingual salivary glands on the left and right is collected with sterile plastic probes; endodontic paper point size 15.02 collects gingival fluid or exudate from the periodontal pocket; all collected biomaterial samples are placed in pre-labeled test tubes with liquid thioglycol medium.

EFFECT: method, by collecting material from eight different loci of the oral cavity, improves the diagnosis of infectious dental complications, improves the quality of examination in patients with cystic fibrosis.
