FIELD: electricity.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of direct conversion of thermal energy into electrical one. Substance: the thermoelectric generator contains heat sink, inside the housing of which a heat source is located. Outside of the housing the thermoelectric modules and bases of heat exchangers of cooling system, mechanically coupled with a heat sink housing using the strengthening fixture are installed in series thermally. The heat sink housing has the cross section of rectangular form. On the larger sides of the housing the thermoelectric modules and bases are located symmetrically. The strengthening fixture is designed as sheet springs of variable section along the length with the maximum thickness in a middle zone, with decreasing in a cantilever part of springs brought outside the heat sink. The springs are interlinked two by two mechanically among themselves and located at the edges of the bases of heat exchangers with a possibility of their dense and stable pressing using the screw assemblies passed through thermoelectric modules to surfaces of the heat sink housing.

EFFECT: improvement of efficiency, increase of power and operation stability.
