FIELD: energy conversion.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of direct energy conversion, namely to the conversion of electrical energy into thermal energy using thermoelectric cooling modules. Essence: in a thermoelectric air conditioner, the radiator bases installed on thermoelectric cooling modules are made for each module in the form of a layered structure of its cooling (or heating) ribs fixed by working surfaces motionless relative to each other by welding, soldering or gluing with metal adhesives. Metal plate ribs in the process and conditioning channels are installed with 4.5-5.0 mm gaps between their working surfaces. Thermoelectric cooling modules and the bases of all radiators are equipped with through holes located along their centers on one vertical axis for a common tie stud, threaded from two sides. A locking nut is installed at one end, and a disc spring and a coupling nut are installed at the other. The dimensions of the radiator base in length and width are 30-50% larger than the dimensions of the thermoelectric cooling module. The outer surface of the stud in the section passing through the radiator base along the entire length is provided with electrical insulation.
EFFECT: invention is aimed at simplifying the design, reducing the complexity of manufacturing, increasing reliability and service life, the possibility of manufacturing using cooling modules of various sizes.
