FIELD: aircraft engineering.
SUBSTANCE: proposed device consists of the main unit and universal connector. The main unit is composed of metal case with digital indicator, LED set and commutator switch, all being arranged at case working surface. Main unit case accommodates the set of transducers. Said set comprises digital multimeter PCBs to check up the resistance of heating elements of helicopter rotor and antitorque rotor blade sections and LED lamps at rotor blade tips (contour lights). Besides, it comprises digital megohmmeter pcb to measure insulance of heaters. Also, it includes PCBs of air compressor with air hose used to create air pressure at testing helicopter rotor blade supercharging pressure. Air compressor controller PCBs for control over air compressor and helicopter rotor blade supercharging pressure. Terminal box with harnesses and power supply are also tested. Universal connector for connection with blade connector comprises plug-type multi-pin connector and air pipe.
EFFECT: higher validity, enhanced control performances, lower material and labour input at servicing.
