SUBSTANCE: invention is intended to control electrical installation, namely, to check the compliance of the control object with its electrical circuit and can be used to control the presence of connections, closed contacts, occurrence of short circuits, insulation resistance, control the parameters of the elements of the controlled object. The electrical installation control device contains an external power supply unit with an automatic switch, to which the inputs of the following equipment are connected: a control panel made on the basis of a personal computer with a program control unit, a high-voltage source of constant test voltage, a breakdown station, a block for switching the contacts of the control devices to the buses and the contacts of the control object to buses, containing a block of connectors and made in the form of switch modules, and the outputs of above equipment are connected to the device control unit. The I/O unit controlled by the software control unit includes a keyboard, a mouse, a control controller, an I/O board of a switch, a unit of control devices, a monitor and a printer. The switching elements of the switch are made in the form of a relay. The block of control devices includes a multimeter and a high-voltage test voltage source. The switch module is made in the form of switch boards, the connector block is made in the form of a connecting board located in the switch module, and the device control unit is made in the form of a device control board, while one of the two relays in each cell of the switch boards is made polarized.

EFFECT: increased reliability and simplified control of the switching unit.
