FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to neurology, and can be used to predict clinical effectiveness in patients with hypertension-hydrocephalic syndrome following a suffered minor battle craniocerebral injury without psychopathological symptoms. That is ensured by prescribing a combined therapy with Cortexin and Cerebrolysin once a day for 7 days. That is followed by measuring a pre- and post-therapeutic progression of lipid peroxidation (LPO) and antioxidative activity (AOA) of peripheral blood plasma. The LPO value is presented by spontaneous chemoluminescence, and the blood AOA shows enzymes, catalase and peroxidase. If observing the LPO decrease and/or the AOA increase above their references, a positive therapeutic effect is predicted.
EFFECT: method enables objective assessment of clinical effectiveness in the presented category of patients with the neuropeptide preparations, as well as enables timely prescribing the therapeutic measures for preventing the developing psychoorganic syndrome in the patients without the predicted positive clinical effect.
