SUBSTANCE: method comprises selection and removal of defective grains by immersing them in the disinfecting 1.5-3.0% sodium chloride solution, soaking the selected grains in water to a moisture content of grains of 65% and incubating the grains at a temperature of 18-22°C and relative humidity of 95% for 7 days. The germinated seeds are dispersed to the consistency of the uniform suspension.
EFFECT: resulting multi-enzymatic product has a high polysaccharidic activity, it is safe and non-toxic for animals.
