FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to an oil scraper piston ring comprising a ring body, two radial external working ribs on the ring body which are set one after another in respect to the piston movement direction and are distanced from one another by an outer recess. Each working rib is fitted by oil scraping edges and each of the latter is covered by protective wear coating.
EFFECT: invention increases service life of an oil scraper piston ring.
