FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: cylinder-piston group of a piston machine comprising a cylinder liner, piston bosses, compression and oil scraper rings, two inserts, and a hollow piston pin with a compression spring installed inside. According to the invention, the inserts are installed in the central pocket of the pin on both sides of the compression spring and their surfaces being in contact with the mirror of the cylinder liner, in a plane perpendicular to the piston movement have a radius equal to a half of the cylinder liner internal diameter in its operating condition. Gaps between the insert and the inner surfaces of the pin (δ) are less than the gap between the piston trunk and the cylinder sleeve mirror (Δ).
EFFECT: increased reliability by reducing vibration and friction between the piston trunk and the cylinder sleeve mirror.
