SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a wireless radio communication technology using aggregation of carriers and provides for non-periodic transmission of messages on quality of a downlink channel. Several component carriers of the downlink of this radio communication system can be aggregated for communication between a network assembly and a subscriber device (UE).
EFFECT: invention differs by the fact that a set of component carriers of a downlink is determined out of several component carriers of the downlink, by the fact that a control channel of the downlink for UE has a possibility of containing the information suitable for being used for identification of at least one component carrier of the downlink out of a set of component carriers of the downlink, and by the fact that a message on channel quality shall be provided for each, at least one identified component carrier of the downlink.
