SUBSTANCE: invention discloses a method which includes the following steps: receiving, through a first cell, uplink resource allocation information for a second cell; transmitting an uplink signal in the second cell using the uplink resource allocation information; and receiving uplink signal response information. The response information is received through a specific cell and not through the first cell when the uplink signal is transmitted through a random access process, and the response information is received through the first cell when the uplink signal is transmitted through a process different from a random access process.
EFFECT: high rate of transmission.
