SUBSTANCE: method includes introduction into service of gas and oil saturated areas in the productive pool by means of the respective gas and oil producers having horizontal sections of the boreholes with advanced brining into development of the oil saturated area and subsequent synchronization of oil and gas recovery reserves at maintenance of the formation pressure excess in the gas saturated area per 3-5% in comparison with the same parameter in the oil saturated area. To this end gas recovery rate is controlled. At that, when difference in the formation pressure in gas and oil saturated areas exceeds then gas recovery rate from the gas saturated area is increased; when this difference decreases gas recovery rate from the gas saturated area is decreased up to the complete stoppage of recovery Gas is recovered mainly from the gas saturated area joining oil-and-gas contact part.

EFFECT: increasing rates of development and hydrocarbons output from the oil and gas condensate deposit.
