FIELD: oil industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to oil and gas industry, namely to problem of increasing efficiency of development of oil fringes and under-gaz zones of oil, oil and gas and oil and gas condensate deposits with previous period of gas production from gas or gas condensate cap or without it. According to method samples of oil and/or gas are obtained. Component composition of samples and value of critical pressure are determined, at which oil evaporates in gas. Then for deposit three-dimensional geological and multicomponent filtration model of productive formation are created. On basis of it production and gas-injection wells are placed. Their drilling is performed depending on oil-water contact and gas-oil contact. Wherein oil fringe between levels of oil-water and oil-gas formations is drilled with injection wells. Dry gas is pumped into them. Dry gas injection is carried out with bottom-hole pressure, exceeding critical pressure of oil evaporation, defined by experimental results. Gas-saturated zone above level of oil-gas contact is drilled with production wells. Evaporated oil is extracted through them together with gas and condensate.
EFFECT: technical result is increase of well product extraction efficiency.
