FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: device fixing composite reinforcement is made in the form of flexible braided stocking from high-strength cable wire, that is from material is much stronger than material of gripped rod, wherein the flexible stocking fixes the reinforcement for the whole process of the concrete product manufacturing process, and the voltage operations are performed with the help of collets, which are installed on inventory metal shank, made in form of wire or rope, rigidly attached to sleeve, in which one end of stocking is embedded, wherein length of inventory element allows to manufacture concrete articles on part of length of stand, avoiding wastes of reinforcement, note here that metal inventory shank replaces composite fixtures on empty bench length during concrete product manufacture and reduces its consumption. Actual voltage level in the stretched composite fixture is monitored by standard instruments on the inventory metal shank.

EFFECT: invention can be used in production of prestressed concrete articles with composite fixtures and during its testing on breaking machines.
