FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to chemical industry, particularly to production of rubber mixture filler when producing rubber. The rubber filler includes basic powder of silicon dioxide, carbon, CaO, K2O, Na2O, MgO, Al2O3 impurities and a rubber lacquer coating. The filler has the following composition, wt %: SiO2(26-98)+C(0.5-66) + Fe2O3(0.2-0.3) impurity + CaO, K2O, Na2O, MgO, Al2O3 impurities - the balance + over 100% rubber (1.2-7.8) and S (0.05-0.23) impurity (in SO2, SO3). The basic rubber is obtained by burning rice husks and has specific surface area of 150-290 m2/g; the silicon dioxide in the powder has the crystalline form of β-cristobalite with crystal dimensions: diameter 6-10, length 100-400 nm; the carbon is in the form of a carbon-like substance, coal or soot-like substance depending on the burning temperature. The rubber for coating is obtained by deposition from a water-acid extract of rubber-bearing plants: dandelion, Russian dandelion, fall dandelion, scorzonera tau-saghyz, centaurea. The filler is naturally homogeneous and dust-free.
EFFECT: rubber obtained using the filler has high strength, low modulus of internal friction, low wearability and thermal separation when mixing the rubber.
