SUBSTANCE: controlled amplifier and mixer of analogue signals includes the first (1) and the second (2) sources of antiphase input voltages, the first (3) input transistor, the emitter of which is connected through the first (4) current-stabilising bipole to the first (5) power supply, the second (6) input transistor, the emitter of which is connected through the second (7) current-stabilising bipole to the first (5) power supply, the third (8) input transistor, the emitter of which is connected to an emitter of the fourth (9) input transistor and connected through the third (10) current-stabilising bipole to the first (5) power supply, a differential load circuit matched with the second power supply.

EFFECT: obtaining at the output not only amplitude variations of an output signal under action of control voltage, but also its phase, which allows suppressing the main harmonics.
