FIELD: measuring instrumentation.

SUBSTANCE: device for material viscosity measurement includes plate, stand bearing a panel with attached measuring device consisting of external measuring cylinder with holes in sides and bottom, connected by concentric metal tubes with arched metal two-position capillary. Additionally the device includes flexible connecting hose and nozzle, internal measuring cylinder, drive and rotation angle sensor. Additionally the device features combined sensors of thermocouple potentiometers installed so as to enable connection to recording device in existing holes in sides and bottom of external measuring cylinder at distance equal to inner diameter of external cylinder and at half of distance between inner diameter of external cylinder and outer diameter of internal cylinder.

EFFECT: increased precision of material viscosity measurement and rapid determination of process effect on rheological properties of material, possible temperature and internal electrical potential measurement during viscosity measurement.
