SUBSTANCE: device includes plate, stand with panel installed on it, on which a base with a measuring device is installed; the measuring device consist of outer measuring cylinder, inner measuring cylinder, drive, and angle-of-rotation transducer. In the outer measuring cylinder walls and bottom, holes are made, joined with one another with concentric metallic tubes, by an arc-shaped two-position metallic capillary, flexible connecting hose, and nipple with a volumetric pump. The outer measuring cylinder is equipped with a thermostating cell.
EFFECT: increase in accuracy of material viscosity measurement and quick availability of results of technological influence on its rheological characteristics, possibility to measure material viscosity in flow, expansion of device scope of application.
