FIELD: agriculture.

SUBSTANCE: device comprises a cutting unit (1) mounted on a flexible finger bar (2). The finger bar (2) using the elastic band (3) and the longitudinal plates (4) is connected on top to the header housing (5), having finder shoes (6). Below under the cutting unit (1) along the entire width the support guides (7) are located, made of spring steel in the form of a leaf spring. The support guides (7) have the front ski-shaped end (8) bent upwards, mounted under the guard finger (1). The ski-shaped end (8) bent upwards repeats the lower contour of the guard finger (1). The rear end (9) of the support guides (7), also bent upwards along the Archimedean spiral, is attached to the header housing (5). The longitudinal plate (4) of the elastic band (3) is made of spring steel with the convex side upwards on the conchoid of Nicomedes, obtained by increasing the radius-vector of each point of this curve on the same segment.

EFFECT: improving quality of soybean harvesting by improving the contour following of the field and elimination of soil bulldozing in front of the support guides.
