SUBSTANCE: invention relates to fish industry. The system contains the head part removal unit (including a device for transportation, cutting-off and removal of fish head part during fish movement), the entrails removal unit (including a device for transportation of fish with head part preliminarily cut off and oriented forward in the motion direction as well as a device for removal of fish entrails, cutting the abdominal cavity open and removing entrails). The system additionally has a fish transfer unit positioned between the head part removal unit and the entrails removal unit as well as a device detecting fish jamming in the entrails removal unit. The entrails removal unit includes a device for cutting open abdominal cavity of fish with head part preliminarily removed, a membrane removal device (that is inserted into the abdominal cavity of fish with abdominal cavity having been cut open and separates the membrane), a forced discharge device (that is inserted into the fish abdominal cavity having been cut open and performing forced discharge of entrails except for the membrane and the bowels, from the abdominal cavity) as well as the device for removal of bowels remaining in the fish abdominal cavity that is inserted into the fish abdominal cavity having been cut open, entrails removed (except for the membrane and the bowels)
EFFECT: invention ensures successive removal of the head part, entrails and bowels.
