SUBSTANCE: device includes cutting unit (4) containing pair (6) of disc blades to cut the backbone, transportation unit (8) comprising an endless conveyor and at least one fixed on it L-shaped support element (10) for arrangement of fish and its transportation through cutting unit (4) tail forward. Each support element (10) comprises fixed on the conveyor main element (12) and extending beyond the side wall of main element (12) bearing shelf (14) having located on the upper side support edge (16) to receive the processed fish backbone.
EFFECT: invention enables accurate separation of fish fillet parts.
