SUBSTANCE: 6 months after the beginning of administration of pentoxifylline, Plaquenil, vitamin E, a patient's blood serum progesterone is measured by enzyme immunoassay. If the progesterone level is less than 4.8 nmole/l, the treatment is considered to be effective; if the progesterone level is more than 5.2 nmole/l, the treatment is considered to be ineffective and requiring further correction. If observing the threshold interval within 4.8 to 5.2 nmole/l, the clinical effectiveness is considered to be suspected and requires further follow-up.

EFFECT: method is simple and efficient as compared to the most of the existing methods; it is less invasive, as requires no fibre-optic bronchoscopy to be performed; the method is reliable and objective that provides timely correction and adequate complex of therapeutic actions.
