SUBSTANCE: invention is related to a modular electric device comprising a body with the front cover with available identification area, a cover protecting the label, which interacts with the above identification area forming a socket with a groove open outside and a tab, which is setup so that it may be moved in the above socket through the groove. At that the above tab is equipped with edge along one side thus it covers the above groove, at least partially, when the tab is set up in the socket completely. In compliance with invention the modular electric device contains a fixing unit preventing movement of the tab in regard to the body when the tab is in retracted position outside the socket. At that the tab is made as a plate with the front side surrounded by a fin, which forms cavity for the label, where it has local decrease in height.
EFFECT: the suggested invention allows prevention of the tab movement in regard to the body when it is outside the socket thus ensuring free access to the front side of the above tab in order to place the identification label of the modular device in the position or to remove it.
