SUBSTANCE: method for manufacture of a clothing article (1; 50) includes the following operations: preparation of one or several padded semi-treated parts intended to form the clothing article (1; 50), each part containing a textile coating (5; 52); such padded semi-treated parts quilting as per the preset pattern and creation of non-regular zones in such padded semi-treated parts. In particular, the operation of non-regular zones in such padded semi-treated parts consists in restriction of colour reserves in accordance with the zones (54) of the quilting seam of the padded semi-treated parts by way of application of colour (6; 53), image (7) and/or so on onto the textile coating (5; 52) of the padded semi-treated parts I order to decorate or coat the textile coating (5; 52) of semi-treated parts.
