FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention is related to a device for compressed gas energy utilisation. The device comprises low and high pressure stages, a gas flow rate meter, a radiator, units to regulate temperature of gas supplied to a consumer, a main heat exchanger, a refrigeration chamber, a user of refrigeration, a power source and an additional heat exchanger. Volume rotor blade machines (VRBM) are used in the low and high pressure stages as the units for regulating and reducing the pressure and regulating the gas flow rate. The VRBM consist of a suction branch and a discharge branch included in a fixed stator with a concentrically installed rotor in it. The rotor is equipped with radial through channels. The plate elements separating the suction and discharge cavities of the stator housing are mounted in the channels in a movable way. The stator is equipped by a flat support square platform. The support platform is rigidly connected with the housing and is fitted by a volumetric square port. A movable sliding plate enters the port. The plate is fitted by an adjusting screw. The machine shaft in the high pressure stage is coupled with the first electric generator. The machine shaft in the low pressure stage is coupled with the second electric generator. Energy from the second electric generator is used to heat gas in the radiator. The rotary speed of the first generator is kept stable by the first VRBM. The gas pressure and its mass flow rate at the output are regulated by the second VRBM.
EFFECT: increased efficiency factor and simplification of design.
