FIELD: power industry.
SUBSTANCE: method involves use of two positive-displacement rotary bladed machines connected as per a two-stage scheme. When the gas having high pressure is being supplied to a suction branch pipe of the machine of the first stage, its rotor is brought into rotation due to pressure difference, this bringing the generator that generates an electric energy into movement. Having completed the operation, gas is supplied through an outlet channel to the main heat exchanger. Besides, gas pressure and gas temperature is decreased. Cold is transferred from the heat exchanger to a cold consumer, and namely a refrigerating chamber. Then, the gas partially heated in the heat exchanger is supplied through a pipeline to the machine of the second stage, the rotor of which brings the second generator into rotation due to pressure drop. The generator energy is used to be supplied to a tubular electric heater. At that, gas is expanded and its temperature is decreased; after that, it is supplied via the pipeline to another heat exchanger and then to the cold consumer, and namely to the refrigerating chamber. Gas is heated in the tubular electric heater at the heat exchanger outlet; after that, gas is supplied to the consumer or to a gas distributing station.
EFFECT: higher efficiency of plants.
