FIELD: refrigerating engineering; manufacture of turbo-expander machines in wide temperature range. SUBSTANCE: proposed plant is provided with radiator and additional heat exchanger which are connected with main heat exchanger forming closed loop filled with intermediate coolant; turbocompressor is divided into low-pressure stage and high-pressure stage which are interconnected by means of passage provided with cooler. Low-pressure stage is mechanically linked with turbo-expander whose inlet collector is connected with main heat exchanger; inlet collector of main heat exchanger is connected with outlet collector of high-pressure stage mechanically linked with power supply source. Low-pressure stage is axial type stage and high-pressure stage is centrifugal type stage; tosol is used as intermediate coolant. EFFECT: increased cooling effect; enhanced reliability of start; simplified construction. 3 cl, 1 dwg
