FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of parts of composites. Proposed method consists in application of one or several braided, woven or draped plies of reinforcing fibres on lengthwise mandrel with cross-section confined by closed contour. Note here that after application of one or several plies at least two ties are plied thereon. Said ties are wound as helices in opposite directions, along and opposite the complex composed of said mandrel and every applied ply if reinforcing fibre for pressing of every said ply against the mandrel. Note also that every new ply of reinforcing fibre is applied on plies of wound ties. Note that at least one pre-wound ties is unwound for its removal as new ply or plies are applied.
EFFECT: better tightness of applied plies on reinforcing fibres.
